A: If your pet passes away at home, call us at (906) 364-8444.

We can answer any questions you have, and  we can make arrangements to bring your pet into our care.

A: We can pick up from any vet office! If your vet does not typically work with us, you can still request to use our services. Your vet may request you call us directly, or they may call to get the process started.

A: With private cremation, ONLY your pet is in the cremation chamber.  With the private cremation option you will get your pets ashes returned to you in an urn. In a group/communal cremation; ashes are not returned to the owner, rather they are spread in a memorial garden

A: On the initial call to Paws In Time, we will answer all of your questions and fully explain our cremation options. We will obtain basic information about you and your pet, including your contact information and location of your pet. 

If you determine on that call that you would like to use our services, we will have you sign our authorization form when we meet in person. We can also email the form ahead of time. 

A: Our goal is to get your pet home with you as soon as possible. We expect your pet to return home within 5-7 business days. If for some reason there is a delay we will contact you to make you aware of the situation. We want to keep you updated on your pet because we know how much they mean to you

A:   Currently at this time, we  accept cash and checks only.

A:  The private package includes an impression of your pets paw in clay and their name stamped on it, a hair clipping placed in a glass vial, a packet of wildflower seeds to plant in their memory, and a certificate of cremation.
